• Acted as Project Architect for 6350 SF residence and worked on all phases of a large variety of project types from complex commercial, institutional and higher ed renovations to residential new constructions
• Created construction documents in Revit and Autocad, aided in cost estimation and specifications
• Prepare for permit, produced COMcheck calcs, coordinated AB registration and reviewed submittals
• Created schematic design proposals and aided in presentation to clients with renders including hand-drawings with Photoshop overlays to 3-D model fly-throughs and renderings in Revit and Sketchup
• Initiated firm-wide contract document standardization between Revit and Autocad for all project phases

• Designed, modeled and drafted in collaboration for successful $16 million dormitory competition
