I work best when things are busy and I can stay in motion, but there’s still a clear plan for the day. In the clinic, I’m happiest when we’ve got a full schedule instead of standing around, because I like getting right into the work. I get energized by fast-paced days with a few surprises thrown in, where I have to think on my feet, make good decisions quickly, and keep a lot of moving parts straight.
