Bar Manager

Sep 2019 to Present

During my time as manager I was involved with nearly every aspect of the restaurant. But, my main tasks involved handling all ordering and pricing of beverages and cocktail components as well as creating and curating new cocktails and putting together seasonal / special menus from a conceptional and visual standpoint (via canva/adobe express).
I was involved in creating and editing backend pricing structures for menu items, this ranged from the creation of complex pricing spreadsheets to POS software updating and maintenance. Creating and maintaining data bases of all recipes, and standardizing all in house cocktail specs for traditional cocktails.
I also worked very hard to disseminate and educate all staff on incoming and standard products, this ranged from detail note postings, to hosting meetings and tastings with staff. I was very involved with all FOH training and specifically all bar hires.
